The hotel is beautiful from the minute you walk in, the lobby definitely has a few photo-op worthy spots. It’s also very easy to spot from the street which I loved. The staff were super gracious and friendly, and very informative left me without a question to ask before heading up to my room. As soon as you walk in you can definitely tell this hotel is meticulous with cleanliness from the lobby all the way up to the room. Definitely a place to go stay at while in NYC.
This hotel is not up-front about the plethora of additional fees that are added on to the bill. Being charged and additional $200 in fees that only really includes coffee/tea in the room and a freakin cookie is extremely unacceptable. We will not be staying at another one of these hotels and I suggest nobody else does either.
